Filame serves groups like Saint Gobain, CPI Liard and Castanet SA with springs often manufactured in special steels (Inconel, Elgiloy, Hasteloy …) given the environments in which they perform (heat, acidic environment, …). Springs for seals are very special. They are flexible compression springs with conical end and flexible screw tension springs with attachable loops often with significant lengths whose manufacture requires special winding techniques.
