• Non-Spring Steel: Structural steels and deep-drawing quality steels.
• Stainless Steels: Grades 1.4310 (301), 302, 304, and 316 for corrosive environments.
• Superalloys & Special Alloys: Elgiloy, Hastelloy, Inconel, and Nimonic for extreme mechanical and thermal resistance.

Filame operates in-house dip-coating and degreasing facilities and partners with certified coating specialists to provide comprehensive surface treatments:

• Metallic Coatings: Electrolytic zinc plating (clear or black), electroless nickel plating, chrome, and copper plating.
• High-Performance Protection: Phosphating, zinc flake coating systems (Delta Tone, Delta Seal).
• Technical Coatings: Epoxy painting and polymer powder coatings.
• Mechanical Finishing: Vibratory deburring, barrel polishing, and shot peening for extended fatigue life.
