Custom compression, extension, and torsion springs manufactured from high-tensile spring steel, stainless alloys (1.4310, 1.4401), Inconel, and copper alloys. Our machine park includes advanced CNC spring coilers and multi-axis wire formers handling wire diameters from 0.1 mm to 16 mm.
2. High-Speed Metal Stamping & Deep Drawing
From medium runs to large-scale series of millions of parts, our stamping division operates over 50 mechanical and hydraulic presses ranging from 20T to 320T, supported by progressive transfer tooling, Schaal high-speed blanking lines, and an in-house tooling design bureau.
3. Engineered Clips, Flat Springs & Fasteners
Specialized leaf springs, retaining clips, electrical contact springs, and technical spring clips produced on Bihler automated multi-slide machines. We combine complex punching, stamping, and multi-plane bending into single high-speed operations with integrated quality checking.
4. Laser Cutting, Sheet Metal Works & Robotic Welding
Fine and heavy industrial sheet metal fabrication utilizing high-precision fiber laser cutting, multi-axis CNC press brakes (up to 250T), and automated 6-axis robotic welding cells for structural brackets, enclosures, and welded assemblies.
