The Filame Group has a sustained investment program, which means that you benefit from an incomparable machine park composed of both the latest technological advances and proven machines, with 100% manufacturing control.
Filame has two 3D printers and can therefore also proceed with 3D printing not only of prototyping tools but also of production tools for small series (e.g. bending punches). In addition, our design office allows us to support you in the design and industrialization of new parts, including the design of specialized and tailor-made tooling making their production possible. And since early 2022, Filame covers 80% of its daily electricity consumption with 735 solar panels on the roof of its building in Nivelles, with a total power of 250 kWp.
Finally, our production control systems allow us to have 100% controlled manufacturing with automatic rejection of any detected bad parts. And thanks to its experience with major clients in the automotive industry and civil engineering, Filame is able to provide all types of reports (PPAP, 3D, ..) for any client who requests it. Filame Brussels is ISO 9001 certified and Caterpillar MQ11005 Bronze Certified Supplier, and works under SPC.
